Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our research products, Eternal Peptides Wholesale maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise below.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging
  • Do not discard the product unless instructed

Once verified, we will provide either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.

3. Customs Seizures / Border Force

Eternal Peptides Wholesale is not responsible for orders that are seized, held, or destroyed by customs or border authorities.

  • No refunds will be issued for seized shipments under any circumstance
  • Responsibility for import compliance lies solely with the customer

However, as a goodwill gesture:

  • A replacement order may be offered at 50% of the original order value
  • This excludes shipping costs
  • Proof of seizure may be required
  • This offer is provided at our discretion

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers
  • Seizure by customs or border authorities
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Products once shipped and received (unless damaged)

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, all orders are final and non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We reserve the right to refuse future service
  • Additional recovery actions may be taken where applicable

7. Policy Enforcement

Eternal Peptides Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions and to update this policy at any time.
