The optional website chat identifies itself as AI and asks for agreement before messages are sent. The visible conversation stays in the current page session, not persistent browser storage. After agreement to recording, we keep accepted questions, server replies, reply links, timestamps, page type and a random page-session reference in an administrator-only history for up to 180 days for support analysis. Recognised contact details, order references and secrets are redacted, but automated redaction may miss personal information. Raw IP addresses are not added to this history. Rejected, no-consent and rate-limited submissions are not recorded. Clearing chat clears the page only; contact us to request deletion of a stored conversation. Exported copies and routine backups are handled separately under our data-retention practices. OpenAI requests use store:false, but this does not exclude the provider’s security or abuse-monitoring retention. AI replies can be inaccurate; contact our team to verify important information or ask about your data.
