Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our Refund Policy explains how to report a problem with an order.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Eternal Peptides Wholesale website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Service, including the research-use-only requirements, any research verification requirements, and any applicable cancellation or return administration fees disclosed before you place your order. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not place an order.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold on this Site are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Our products are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use. By purchasing from Eternal Peptides Wholesale, you acknowledge that:

• You are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional
• You will handle all products in a controlled laboratory environment
• You understand these compounds are not for human or animal consumption
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your activities. This does not remove any obligations that apply to us as the supplier.

2.1 Research verification and eligibility

In some cases, Eternal Peptides Wholesale may request information to verify your research details, institutional affiliation and intended laboratory research use before fulfilment or, where reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Terms, after dispatch. When requested, you must provide genuine, accurate and independently verifiable information about the research institution or laboratory for which you are purchasing. This may include:

• The institution or laboratory's legal name, physical address and official website;
• An institutional email address or other independently verifiable institutional contact details;
• Your role and affiliation with that institution or laboratory; and
• A brief, non-confidential description of the intended lawful laboratory research use.

We may place the order on hold while verification is completed. We will explain what information is required and give you a reasonable opportunity to provide it or correct an error. If, after that opportunity, you are unable or unwilling to provide genuine, independently verifiable research-institution or laboratory information, or the information is materially false or misleading, Eternal Peptides Wholesale will treat this as a breach of these research-use-only Terms and cancel the affected order or any remaining unfulfilled part of it. Any administration fee is subject to section 2.2 below.

If an order is cancelled because the research-use-only or research-verification requirements in section 2.1 have been breached, any stock already shipped or delivered under that order must also be returned to Eternal Peptides Wholesale. Contact us promptly for written return instructions. Do not send research materials back until we have confirmed the return address and lawful handling, packaging and transport arrangements. Pending those instructions, keep the stock secure and do not use it in humans or animals. This return requirement is subject to your statutory rights; any related administration fee remains subject to the limits and protections in section 2.2.

2.2 Breaches, cancellations and administration fees

A breach of these Terms may result in an order being held or cancelled and, where permitted by applicable law, an administration fee for handling the resulting cancellation or an authorised discretionary return. Any return administration fee must be disclosed and agreed before the discretionary return is authorised, and limited to reasonable, documented costs directly caused by that return. Our Refund Policy continues to apply; this clause does not create a general right to change-of-mind returns.

For an order cancelled because of a failure to satisfy the research-verification requirements in section 2.1, Eternal Peptides Wholesale may deduct an administration fee of up to 95% of the amount paid for the affected cancelled order, only to the extent permitted by law. This is a maximum, not an automatic charge. The fee must not exceed the lesser of that maximum and our reasonable, documented costs directly caused by the breach and cancellation, after allowing for costs avoided or recovered. It must not operate as a punitive penalty, include duplicate recovery, or provide a windfall.

Before deducting a fee, we will explain the reason for cancellation, provide an itemised calculation of the proposed fee, and give you a reasonable opportunity to query or challenge it. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Where no recoverable costs have been incurred, no administration fee will be charged.

No administration fee applies to a return, refund or cancellation to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory law, or to a cancellation caused by our breach or error. Nothing in these provisions excludes consumer guarantees, statutory remedies, or your right to dispute a charge. A fee will not be charged where it would be unlawful or an unfair contract term.

The additional research-verification, stock-return and administration-fee provisions in sections 2.1 and 2.2 apply only to orders placed after their publication on 14 October 2026 and where those provisions were disclosed before purchase. They do not apply retrospectively to earlier orders.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

4. Product Information

Review the product specifications and available batch reports before ordering. Report results apply to the submitted sample and the stated tests; they are not a guarantee of additional testing. Contact us about missing or inconsistent information. Product and laboratory images are illustrative and should be read alongside written specifications and reports. This does not exclude rights relating to inaccurate descriptions.

5. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We may decline orders where supply is unavailable or unlawful. A cancellation does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.

Customers must save the order number displayed on the confirmation page after checkout. A confirmation email is sent when payment is confirmed and the order is completed. The order number and the customer details entered at checkout are required to access the Order Status & Details page.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Contact us if a shipment is delayed or missing; responsibility will be assessed under applicable law and the order circumstances, not automatically transferred to you when a carrier receives it. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Although Eternal Peptides Wholesale is an Australian-based business, we do not hold all stock in Australia. Depending on product availability and fulfilment requirements, an order or individual item may be dispatched directly from one of our offshore warehouses. The location from which an item is dispatched may therefore differ between orders.

We send an email notification when a new public tracking update is available for a completed order. All order details, status updates, and available delivery tracking are provided through the Order Status & Details page.

7. Important Product Labelling and SKU Identification

Vial and outer-box presentation can differ from the illustrative product images. Confirm the actual labelling and any documentation required for your lawful research use before ordering.

The box containing each set of vials will instead be clearly labelled with the corresponding product SKU number. Customers must use the SKU shown on each box to identify and distinguish the products received and may match that SKU against the product information shown in their order details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory law. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not override those protections.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Eternal Peptides Wholesale and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eternal Peptides Wholesale operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing order. Check the current Terms before a new purchase.
